Just as one hates to be the last to know, one hates to be the last to post ones own work on the web! A great group of local artists called Whidbey Island Sketchers has a blog and a few of my things are posted there. Although I joined the group many months ago, my attendance has been sketchy (ouch) but what little I have done has appeared on their site. I wanted to post my sketches on my main blog, but after some reflection, I decided to keep my painting and my sketching separate. Hence this new blog....This was done on my first foray into the experience of group sketching. We met at the Edgecliff and the artist next to me (Pat, I think) had ordered a beer...
